Beach Appartment

..."As kids, we were brought to the beach at riverfront...sea out of reach. 
Our sand was like mud; neath water, silt crud. 
I'd wallow with fun, laugh and screech! 
Now grown, to the ocean I go where sand is as white as the snow. 
I don't go out far beyond the sand bar for fear of the silt down below!"
